To give you the best foundation for making awesome pies in the future, we use your kitchen and your equipment to make a pie for your enjoyment. Pie instruction lasts about two hours, and covers making your crust and filling, and assembling and baking your pie. We’ll make a fruit pie of your choosing, and discuss how to plan and execute great pies in the future.
