Who doesn’t love a good pickle?
Since these are your foods, we’ll make them in your kitchen, with your equipment. Yogurt and ginger ale take about an hour. Vegetable ferments (kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles) take about two. Due to the nature of fermentation (it takes time!), some instruction will include a follow-up visit.
